When will i receive my order?

Please allow 5-10 working days for your delivery to be dispatched and delivered (International delivery times may vary). We aim for all orders to be processed and dispatched at the earliest opportunity. 

Next day delivery?

The above delivery period will not apply to our next day delivery promotions which will be dispatched the same working day as the order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received and ready to be processed. Additionally, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Tracking numbers will be available upon request 3 days after this email is received. Please follow the instructions on https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item to track your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries at our discretion. This may incur further shipping charges at checkout. Alternatively, your order may not include taxes and duties. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.

Which Payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. Payments where your shipping address does not match the address held on file by your bank may be automatically rejected.

 

What is your returns policy?

Returns will be accepted for faulty items only.
